Q. What does your company do?
A. We provide administrative and project support to clients who are business owners themselves. We work off-site and online with only a handful of clients to complete projects and tasks. Using phone, fax and email, we work with our clients without having to ever step foot inside their offices.
Q: How does the process work?
Projects and tasks can be assigned via email, mail, fax or phone. After the task is assigned, the work is done in our office and then returned to your office by way of email, mail, fax or phone.
For clients who utilize our services on a month-to-month basis, scheduled telephone conferences can be arranged to discuss projects and workflow.

Q: What is cheaper, working with CrackerJack Support or hiring an employee?
Contracting with CrackerJack Support is cheaper than hiring an employee. Hiring an employee entails a salary or hourly wage in addition to other overhead costs that can include employee benefits, equipment, furniture, and office space.
Q: Do you work by the hour or do you offer a retainer agreement?
With CrackerJack Support you can pay-as-you-go or enter into a retainer agreement. Pay as you go is either done by the hour or upon completion of a project. A retainer agreement allows you to purchase a certain amount of time each month in advance in exchange for a lower hourly rate.
Q. Can retainer hours be carried over to the next month?
Retainer hours must be utilized within the month. If you find that you are not using the hours purchased or if you need more hours, arrangements can be made to the retainer to ensure that you are getting the most out of our services.
Q. How do you track the time spent on each project?
We use time tracking software MyHours that allows us to keep track of time spent on projects. Clients receive a detailed invoice at the end of the month or at the end of the project that outlines the time spent on a project.
